As we grow our local distribution through 2026, we're looking for a friendly, reliable Merchandiser to help service our existing retail accounts for Beefy Boys beef jerky. This role reports directly to the Sales Supervisor , and is a great fit for someone who enjoys being out in the community, working independently, and building positive relationships. You'll be the face of the Beefy Boys brand in stores—keeping displays looking great and treating store teams with respect and professionalism. Schedule & Location 24 hours per week 4 days per week: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 6-hour shifts: 6:00 AM - 12:00 PM or 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM All shifts start and end at our Salinas facility Company vehicle provided during work hours What You'll Do Service existing retail locations carrying Beefy Boys beef jerky Stock, rotate, and organize product (FIFO) Check dates and remove expired items Keep shelves and displays clean and organized Build positive, professional relationships with store staff Complete basic merchandising reports Drive a company vehicle safely and keep it clean What We're Looking For 21 years or older Authorized to work in the U.S. High school diploma or equivalent Valid California driver's license and good driving record Detail-oriented, dependable, and organized Friendly, patient, and professional with customers Able to lift up to 30 lbs and be on your feet for most of your shift Pay & Benefits $20.00/hour base pay Performance bonus: based on sales (currently averages about $3/hour , not guaranteed) Paid sick time (per CA law) Paid vacation time Cell phone reimbursement CalSavers retirement program Pre-Employment Screening Employment offers are contingent on required screenings, which may include a background check, motor vehicle record check, work authorization verification, and drug testing for safety-sensitive positions.
