6-Month Contract About the Role We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Studio Sample Coordinator to support a fast-paced creative and visual merchandising team. This role is essential to ensuring product samples are accurately tracked, well-organized, and readily available for studio and merchandising needs. Key Responsibilities Manage and organize seasonal product samples for use by the creative studio and visual merchandising teams Track sample arrivals, maintain accurate inventory records, and communicate delays or issues to relevant partners Assemble, organize, and maintain sample racks and storage areas to ensure easy accessibility Support studio setup, including preparing sets and maintaining overall studio organization and cleanliness Assist with seasonal projects and coordinate sample donations in partnership with the visual merchandising team Prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and support team objectives Capture and catalog studio sample photography to support inventory tracking and internal documentation Qualifications 1-2 years of experience in retail, studio operations, or sample management preferred Strong organizational and time management skills with a proactive, detail-oriented approach Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, email, and ability to quickly learn new systems Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment High level of accountability and attention to detail, particularly with data accuracy Why Join Us?
