Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Part Time Merchandiser to join our dynamic retail team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that product displays are visually appealing, well-organized, and aligned with brand standards across various store locations. Your efforts will directly influence customer experience and sales performance by maintaining attractive and functional merchandising setups. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a keen eye for visual design, and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with store management and team members.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and maintain planograms to optimize product placement and presentation Stock shelves efficiently, ensuring accurate inventory levels and proper labeling Conduct regular store visits to refresh displays, remodel sections, and ensure visual standards are met Utilize Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator for creating or editing promotional materials and schematics Assist in store remodeling projects, interior design updates, and visual merchandising enhancements Manage inventory control, pricing adjustments, and stock replenishment to maximize sales opportunities Provide training and guidance to store staff on merchandising standards and product placement Support store management with visual design concepts that align with branding strategies Maintain cleanliness of display areas and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Use POS systems for accurate sales tracking, cash handling, and inventory management Requirements Must have personal transportation Proven supervising or leadership experience within retail or merchandising environments Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other visual design tools Multilingual abilities are a plus to communicate effectively with diverse customer bases Familiarity with schematics, planograms, store management systems, and interior design concepts Experience in remodeling projects or interior design within retail settings Strong customer service skills combined with excellent communication abilities Organizational skills capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently under time constraints Knowledge of retail math, pricing strategies, inventory management, POS systems, and cash handling procedures Ability to train team members in merchandising practices and store operations Administrative experience in retail or related fields is advantageous If you are passionate about visual presentation, retail sales, and creating engaging shopping environments, we encourage you to apply today.
