We are seeking an energetic and fashion-forward Retail Streaming & Merchandising Associate to join our growing team. This unique role combines live social media selling, visual merchandising, and retail sales to help drive engagement and revenue through platforms such as Whatnot and TikTok. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals pursuing or holding degrees in Fashion Merchandising, Marketing, Communications, or related fields who are looking to gain hands-on experience in the fast-growing world of social commerce.

Responsibilities:

Host and participate in live selling events on Whatnot, TikTok, and other social media platforms. Showcase apparel, footwear, and accessories while engaging with online audiences. Merchandise products and create attractive, elevated visual displays that enhance the shopping experience. Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor and inventory area. Stay current on fashion trends, brands, labels, and consumer buying habits. Assist with content creation and promotional efforts across social media channels. Help drive sales through strong product knowledge, customer engagement, and effective presentation techniques.

Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of current apparel, footwear, fashion trends, and popular brands/labels. Previous retail, fashion, merchandising, or customer service experience preferred. Comfortable being on camera and interacting with live audiences. Ability to create compelling product displays and visual merchandising presentations. Strong communication skills and a positive, outgoing personality. Self-motivated with a passion for fashion, retail, and social media. Experience with TikTok, Whatnot, Instagram, or similar platforms is a plus.
