Develop and implement the most effective product displays and arrange merchandise accordingly. Ensure product displays are visually appealing and aligned with store objectives. Review customer feedback to predict display effectiveness and sales trends. Implement seasonally appropriate display changes and adjustments. Assess the impact of product displays and store layouts on sales. Perform physical tasks, including lifting, carrying, and moving cartons, merchandise, and display fixtures (ranging from 25 lbs. to 50 lbs.). Regularly stoop, squat, walk, and stand during the workday, and may require climbing stairs or using step ladders.
