Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team. This role is key to maintaining product visibility, driving sales, and ensuring that Flora Fine Foods is consistently represented to the highest standards in retail locations.

Responsibilities:

Travel to assigned retail locations within the Sarasota market Stock and rotate Flora Fine Foods products on shelves and displays Build and maintain attractive product displays, including promotional setups Ensure proper pricing, signage, and placement of products Communicate inventory needs and store feedback to sales and warehouse teams Develop and maintain strong relationships with store managers and staff Report merchandising activity and store visits through mobile reporting tools

Qualifications:

Previous experience in merchandising, retail, or grocery preferred Excellent organizational and time-management skills Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending and reaching Valid driver's license, reliable transportation Professional, friendly, and self-motivated attitude Ability to work independently and manage a daily schedule Why Join Flora Fine Foods?
