Job Description Help for Job Description. Opens a new window. Responsible for providing merchandising support for a group of convenience stores. Monitoring sales and identifying any losses or stock wastage. Determine which display is most effective and arrange merchandise.
Instruct staff in inventory display and rotation to ensure each space is optimized. Review customer feedback to predict display advantages and sales trends. Make seasonally appropriate changes. Evaluate theeffectiveness of different product displays and store layouts on sales figures. Must be able to consistentlypush, pull, lift, and carry cartons, merchandise, and display fixtures from 25 lbs. to 50 lbs. Will also berequired to stoop, squat, walk, and stand throughout workday, and may be required to climb stairs and step ladders. 3pm-11pm m-f.
