Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for creating eye-catching displays, managing product placement, and ensuring our shelves are stocked with fresh, appealing items. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will help drive sales, enhance store presentation, and deliver an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Responsibilities Develop and execute attractive merchandising plans that align with brand standards and store layouts using schematics, planograms, and visual design principles. Stock shelves efficiently, monitor inventory levels, and coordinate with store management to ensure product availability. Implement remodeling and interior design updates to optimize store flow and customer engagement. Use Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator to create promotional displays, signage, and branding materials that attract attention. Train store staff on merchandising techniques, product placement strategies, and visual standards to maintain consistency across locations. Conduct regular store visits to oversee cleaning, organization, pricing accuracy, and inventory control. Manage POS systems for accurate cash handling, sales tracking, and retail math calculations. Skills Proven supervising experience in retail or merchandising environments with strong leadership capabilities. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator for visual design projects. Knowledge of marketing strategies to enhance product visibility and sales performance. Multilingual skills are a plus for effective communication across diverse teams and customer bases. Familiarity with schematics, planograms, remodeling processes, interior design concepts, and branding techniques. Experience in store management including stocking, inventory management, POS operation, pricing strategies, and cash handling. Strong customer service orientation combined with excellent communication skills. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively during busy retail hours. Background in retail sales, merchandising, stock management, inventory control, cashiering, retail math calculations, training & development initiatives, administrative tasks, cleaning routines, and safety protocols.
