Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Liquor Store Associate to join our team at an established liquor store near Orlando International Airport. The ideal candidate will have previous liquor store, wine & spirits, or beverage industry experience and a strong understanding of customer service, merchandising, inventory management, and sales. This is an opportunity for someone who wants to contribute beyond the register by helping improve product assortment, merchandising, product placement, supplier programs, and overall store performance. Responsibilities include assisting customers with wine, beer, and spirits selections, maintaining attractive and well-stocked displays, receiving and organizing inventory, monitoring product movement, and identifying opportunities to increase sales and profitability. Applicants should be self-motivated, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently as well as part of a team. Knowledge of wine, spirits, and beer is a plus. Availability to work a combination of days, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required. Competitive compensation will be based on experience and qualifications, with opportunities for advancement for the right candidate.
