• Full-time Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Traveling Merchandiser & Reset Crew Member, where your energy and expertise will drive retail excellence across multiple store locations.

In this role, you will be responsible for executing merchandising plans, resetting store layouts, and ensuring product displays are visually compelling and aligned with brand standards. Your proactive approach will help create engaging shopping environments that boost sales and enhance customer satisfaction. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in retail merchandising, store management, and team leadership while traveling to diverse locations and working with a collaborative crew. Weekly travel to different projects, overnight work required, and Hotel and Travel accommodations provided. Need a group of 6 to 8 atleast. Responsibilities Implement planograms and schematics to optimize product placement and visual appeal across various retail outlets. Conduct resets and remodels, including interior design adjustments and store layout updates, to maintain fresh and attractive displays. Stock shelves efficiently, manage inventory control, and ensure accurate pricing using POS systems. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with store staff and assisting with product knowledge when needed. Supervise or collaborate with reset crews, providing training & development to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards within stores during resets or remodeling projects. Communicate effectively with store management teams regarding project progress, inventory needs, or issues encountered. Skills Proven supervising experience in retail or merchandising environments. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator for visual design and marketing materials. Strong understanding of store management principles, planograms, and schematics. Multilingual abilities are a plus for effective communication across diverse teams and locations. Knowledge of remodeling processes, interior design concepts, and retail sales strategies. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently during travel schedules. Experience in merchandising, stocking, inventory management, POS systems, and cash handling. Exceptional communication skills for training team members and liaising with store personnel. Leadership qualities to motivate teams and ensure project milestones are met successfully. Familiarity with retail math, pricing strategies, branding standards, cleaning protocols, and administrative tasks.
