Full Job Description Merchandising Associate Pay:

$18/hr, paid weekly

Schedule:

Friday - Sunday, plus Tuesday or Thursday | 12:00 PM - 8:30

PM Location:

Tampa, FL 33605 Overview We are seeking a hands-on Merchandising Associate to support daily retail operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This role is responsible for maintaining an organized, fully stocked sales floor while assisting with merchandising, inventory organization, store recovery, and customer support. Ideal candidates enjoy physical, active work and have previous retail merchandising experience. Key Responsibilities Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked sales floor areas. Merchandise products according to store standards and planograms. Condense pallets and organize inventory throughout assigned departments. Remove cardboard, trash, and debris from sales floor areas. Front, face, flex, and recover merchandise displays. Complete go-back sweeps and return misplaced merchandise to correct locations. Identify and remove damaged merchandise from the sales floor. Assist with assembling and setting up product displays. Partner with merchandising teams and department leaders to maintain store presentation standards. Provide customer assistance by answering questions and locating products. Lift, carry, push, pull, and move merchandise weighing up to 50 lbs. Required Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of retail experience. Experience with merchandising and shelf stocking. Experience performing floor recovery and general store maintenance. Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume retail environment. Experience organizing and condensing pallets. Experience with cardboard removal, cleanup, and maintaining store appearance. Ability to perform physically demanding work throughout the shift.
