About This Opportunity The Account Manager II position is focused on growing and maintaining the prepaid category for InComm with a key retailer. This position plays a crucial role on the team by ensuring program success with a special focus on inventory management, project planning, and operational excellence. Responsibilities Collaborate with Account Management team in support of assigned accounts. Oversee inventory management and replenishment process for assigned accounts. Collaborate with warehouse team and review weekly inventory shipment needs. Submit shipment orders for product launches and store requests. Provide quarterly inventory forecasting to internal stakeholders. Manage store fixture profile to track planogram and product assortment by store. Manage new product launches for assigned accounts. Provide on-going product assortment reviews to optimize product offering. Ensure operational excellence by assisting stores when issues arise. Oversee successful in-store merchandising support with third party provider. Provide on-going communication with assigned accounts as needed. Provide weekly and monthly summary level reporting to account leadership. Perform other duties as needed to support merchandising, marketing, project management, etc.
Qualifications Education/Experience:
5+ years of account management, demand planning, or inventory management experience. Bachelor's degree. Significant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. Strong understanding of retail operations. Prepaid or gift card experience preferred but not required.
Qualifications:
Comfortable with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel required. Ability to analyze data, use pivot tables, create reports and presentations. Ability to learn InComm specific tools and applications. Excellent attention to detail and strong time management skills. Ability to work independently and prioritize competing demands. Strong understanding of forecasting and demand planning. Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Occasional overnight travel may be needed.
