Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure all products are properly rotated and in code; including displays, cold box, hot shelf and back stock.
- Emphasize priorities in all accounts as outlined and programmed by General Wholesale. To have the "look of a leader" in each account.
- Begin to create relationship at retail. Communicate with store managers and build displays utilizing effective merchandising standards.
- Stock shelves from backroom inventory and displays.
- Ensure all back stock is organized and in proper storage area.
- Constant collaboration with sales and delivery departments to work together as a team.
- Learn General's portfolio of brands, be aware of and adherence to Federal and State regulations.
- Travel by General Wholesale Company vehicle to all points in assigned territory.
- Need to be flexible and able to handle multiple tasks at a given time.
- Need to be able to work flexible work schedule.

Results Driven Physical Requirements:
- Restocking shelved, build displays
- Working refrigerated area
- Down stacking and relocation displays
- Unload inbound shipments safely and move items to proper storage locations. Efficiently stack, store and rotate in the appropriate storage areas.
- Keep appropriate records to guarantee inventory control, rotation of stock and security are maintained. Assist in physical inventories.
- Maintain a clean, neat, orderly work area. Report in writing any safety or mechanical problems with the power equipment. Assist in maintaining the security of the warehouse. Conduct operations in a manner which consistently promotes safety.
- Must be able to maintain high proficiency and job standards while working in a non-temperature-controlled environment.
