Simmerly's is looking for a motivated and knowledgeable Sporting Goods Associate to join our team in Wendell. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys the outdoors and has a passion for helping customers find the right gear for their adventures. From firearms to outdoor accessories, you'll play a key role in delivering a great customer experience in one of our most dynamic departments.

What You'll Do:

Assist customers with sporting goods purchases, including firearms and outdoor equipment Provide product recommendations based on customer needs and outdoor activities Maintain organized, well-stocked, and visually appealing merchandise displays Stay up to date on current outdoor and sporting goods trends Follow all safety and compliance guidelines, especially related to firearm sales

What We're Looking For:

Experience in outdoor retail, merchandising, or active involvement in outdoor activities (hunting, fishing, camping, etc.) preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused Ability to learn product knowledge quickly Must be able to pass a federal background check (FFL requirement) Why Join Simerly's?
