Job Description
```Job Summary``` We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Merchandiser to join our team. This schedule will average 20 hours per week. As a Produce Merchandiser, you will be responsible for stocking, packaging, and maintaining the quality of our produce inventory. Your excellent organizational skills and ability to communicate effectively will contribute to the success of our produce department. ```Responsibilities```
- Provide product recommendations and answer any inquiries
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the produce department
- Ensure proper rotation of products to minimize waste
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking as needed
- Create visually appealing displays to attract customers
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation procedures ```Skills``` To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage and assist customers effectively
- Knowledge of visual design principles to create attractive product displays
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in a fast paced environment
- Sales skills to promote products and increase sales revenue
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, but not required
