This role focuses on in-store execution, merchandising standards, and maintaining a strong product presence to support overall sales performance while delivering excellent customer service. In this retail merchandiser role, the DPV identifies display opportunities, secures secondary placements, implements planograms according to company standards, and ensures the proper use of Point-of-Sale (POS) materials. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain excellent relationships with retail partners. Key Responsibilities Merchandise Cordialsa USA products according to company standards and performance objectives Ensure proper product rotation and maintain products in saleable condition Maintain shelves in stock, organized, and set according to SKU-to-tag accuracy Execute promotional displays and pricing as directed Monitor and report out-of-stock conditions and inventory levels Accurately document store visit activities Take photos of displays and in-store execution as required Communicate pricing discrepancies and inventory concerns to Sales Representatives Build professional relationships with store management and key decision-makers Follow established route schedules and standard operating procedures Qualifications & Skills Strong time management and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple store locations Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment Results-oriented with attention to detail Experience Minimum of 1 year of sales, merchandising, or customer service experience Consumer packaged goods (CPG) experience preferred Direct Store Delivery (DSD) experience a plus Requirements Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship. Valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation required Physically able to lift, bend, push, pull, and carry up to 25 lbs (occasionally over 50 lbs), with or without reasonable accommodation Ability to service multiple store locations within assigned territory Flexible schedule required Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Benefits 401(k) match Dental Insurance Health Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Paid time off Referral program Schedule Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m to 5:00 p.m
