at Insight Global in Woodridge, Illinois, United States Job Description Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Space Planning Analyst to support a high-visibility project within the Ace Hardware Innovation Center. This individual will focus on building and executing planograms within Blue Yonder while collaborating with merchandising and category management teams. This role blends technical system work with hands-on merchandising and will play a key role in a pilot initiative planned for 2027.
Day-to-Day:
- Build and maintain planograms within Blue Yonder, including fixtures, labels, and layouts
- Work hands-on in the innovation center with product samples and merchandising setups
- Partner closely with category management and merchandising teams on layout strategy
- Manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment with a target of ~400 planograms

- 2-5 years of experience in space planning, merchandising, or related field
- Strong experience using Blue Yonder Space Planning software (must be recent, last 1-2 years)
- Experience creating planograms and working within physical merchandising environments
- Excel experience (VLOOKUPs, general data manipulation)
- Ability to work cross-functionally with merchandising and category management teams
- Experience in retail environments with dense merchandising (grocery, hardware, convenience stores)
- Experience presenting or collaborating with senior leadership
