Full Job Description Job Summary:

The Samples employee plays a crucial role in our organization, responsible for managing and coordinating the samples process to support our sales and marketing teams. Reporting to the Samples Supervisor, this role ensures the timely and accurate distribution of product samples to prospective clients, influencers, and other stakeholders. During the slower seasons, the successful candidate will demonstrate flexibility and adaptability by willingly engaging in diverse tasks that may extend beyond their regular job responsibilities, ensuring a productive and dynamic work environment year-round.

Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end process of sample requests, including receiving, tracking, and coordinating sample shipments to various recipients. Maintain accurate records of sample inventory, ensuring an adequate supply of samples is available for distribution. Pick and pack samples according to requested specifications and ensure timely delivery to the appropriate recipients. Inspect samples to ensure they meet quality standards before shipment, resolving any issues or discrepancies as needed. Process sample orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all necessary information is recorded and communicated to relevant parties. Respond promptly to sample inquiries from sales representatives, marketing teams, and other internal stakeholders. Prepare and maintain detailed documentation of sample requests, shipments, and tracking information. Update and manage the samples database, recording all relevant sample information and order statuses. Coordinate sample shipments with courier services and track deliveries to ensure on-time and accurate delivery. Follow up with recipients to confirm receipt of samples and gather feedback when necessary. Identify opportunities to streamline and improve the samples process, enhancing efficiency and accuracy. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to samples management. Perform other duties as assigned from time to time.

Pay:

$17.50 - $18.00 per hour
