Paducah, KY & Mayfield, KY Starting Pay:
$18 per hour About the
Role:
Join Pepsi MidAmerica as a Sales Merchandiser! In this role, you'll be the face of Pepsi in local stores—stocking shelves, setting up displays, rotating product, and keeping our brand looking its best. Merchandisers are key to making sure our customers always find their favorite Pepsi products fully stocked and ready to go.
What You'll Do:
Stock, rotate, and merchandise Pepsi products in assigned retail accounts Build and maintain product displays to company standards Maintain backroom organization and inventory levels Develop strong, professional relationships with store managers and team members Support promotions, seasonal resets, and special events
What We're Looking For:
High school diploma or GED Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Proof of auto insurance Ability to repeatedly lift up to 25 lbs. Dependable, self-motivated, and customer-focused Willingness to complete a background check and pre-employment drug screen Why Join Us?
