Customer Service & Merchandising Associate

Roslindale, MA We are a well-established, family-owned liquor store in Roslindale looking for a reliable, hardworking, and customer-focused team member to join our store. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, helping customers, and working in a fast-paced retail environment. What You'll Be Doing Assisting customers with product selection and recommendations Keeping shelves stocked, organized, and fully merchandised Receiving and organizing inventory deliveries Rotating products and maintaining store presentation Helping maintain accurate inventory levels throughout the store Supporting daily store operations and keeping the floor running smoothly Maintaining a clean, professional, and organized shopping environment What We're Looking For Reliable and punctual — showing up and being dependable Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Strong work ethic and attention to detail Friendly and professional with customers and other team members Willingness to stay busy and take initiative without constant supervision Ability to lift and move cases/boxes throughout the shift Retail experience is a plus Knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits is a plus We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, works well with others, and wants to become a dependable part of a strong local business.
