This role involves both sales and service responsibilities , including building strong relationships with store owners, ensuring shelves are stocked, promoting our product, and expanding our reach in the Boston and surrounding markets. What We Offer Base pay plus commission (competitive pay with performance-based incentives) Opportunity to earn more as you grow accounts Monday through Friday schedule A chance to be part of a company with strong growth potential Training and support for motivated candidates willing to learn Responsibilities Deliver and stock chips and snacks in retail outlets including supermarkets, convenience stores, and discount retailers Operate delivery vehicle on assigned routes and unload products efficiently Build and maintain positive relationships with store staff to increase sales and execute product displays and promotions Monitor product rotation and uphold merchandising standards to ensure freshness and visual appeal Utilize handheld technology to manage orders, track inventory, and document delivery activities Complete a 2-3 week training program covering delivery operations, merchandising, and sales techniques Present promotions and introduce new products Achieve sales goals and expand product distribution Provide excellent service and resolve store concerns Maintain delivery truck inventory and assist with warehouse restocking to ensure smooth daily operations.
