Full Job Description Product Merchandiser:

Seeking a Product Merchandiser to join our rapidly growing Team. Reporting to our Senior Director of Merchandising you will be responsible for ensuring all products are set to the appropriate J. Polep approved planogram. J. Polep Distribution Services is looking for a Product Merchandiser who is committed to maximizing customer interest by showcasing merchandised products appropriately. This job involves working closely with the customer, sales and merchandising team to accurately set up new store or reset existing stores. As a Product Merchandiser, you are responsible for ensuring the highest quality of work and maximizing productivity when re-setting and/or setting a new store. You must have the ability to be highly efficient in the days work given. This position is a great opportunity to gain experience in the fast-paced world of distribution. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, recognizes attention to details and is willing to accept new challenges. This Product Merchandiser must be comfortable and willing to take direction from upper management and members of the department to successfully complete all workload. Requirements, Skills & Proficiencies:

Schedule Monday through Friday 7am until 4pm, Full Time 40-45 hours per week Implement category specific planograms Professionalism regarding time and deadlines Dependable work ethic Work well in a team atmosphere Attention to detail Accuracy in all areas of work Strong reading and listening skills Decision making skills Up to date with the latest merchandising trends and best practices Excellent communication skills Convenience store merchandiser responsibilities include POG resets, able to read a planogram and follow planograms for sections Store remodels install new shelving & products reset existing locations tag locations with new product ordering labels Must travel to store destination in own personal vehicle /new location every day never the same location Travel required western ma locations 20 - 60 miles occasionally further

Pay:

$18.00 per hour
