Visual Merchandiser - Brooks Running

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

Merchandise and replenish displays according to planograms Educate and engage store teams on the features and benefits of Brooks products, while building meaningful relationships Submit store visit reports, including taking before and after photos and writing summaries, using the ThirdChannel technology on a smart device Create and commit to a monthly cadence of retail store visits in your market "At Brooks, our mission is to inspire everyone to run and be active. SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

An authenticity for living an active lifestyle A passion for the Brooks apparel brand and quality of their products Previous apparel merchandising experience, preferably in a retail environment, with a keen eye for details Communication, active listening and empathy are key - Brooks Visual Merchandisers must be articulate and friendly Ability to problem solve and manage time autonomously (these are 100% independent positions)

COMPENSATION AND PERKS

This is a 1099 independent contractor position Starting at $23/hour - location and prior experience dependent Design your own flexible work schedule in agreement with store management Video calls with Brand Executives to gain product knowledge and build skills Build merchandising, inventory and customer service experience
