In this role, you will be responsible for stocking, rotating and merchandising beer products at assigned retail accounts while maintaining positive relationships with store personnel. This energetic role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your creativity and organizational skills by ensuring retail spaces are visually appealing, well-stocked, and aligned with brand standards. As a key player in store management and merchandising, you will help create engaging shopping environments that attract customers and drive sales. Whether you're experienced in retail sales, interior design, or visual merchandising, this position allows you to make a tangible impact while developing your skills in marketing, branding, and store operations. Responsibilities Stock and replenish beer products on shelves, coolers and displays. Rotate inventory to ensure product freshness and proper date management. Build and maintain promotional, seasonal and point-of-sale displays. Ensure products are properly merchandised according to company standards. Maintain clean, organized and visually appealing product displays. Identify and communicate out-of-stock, low-stock and inventory issues. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with retail store staff and management. Follow all company policies, safety procedures and industry regulations. Requirements Valid Drivers License required. Reliable vehicle with car insurance required. Previous merchandising, retail beverage, or customer service experience is not required but is a plus. Ability to lift, carry and move up to 50 pounds regularly. Ability to stand, bend, reach and walk for extended periods. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
