Full Job Description Job Summary:
To enrich the lives of members, guests, and employees by delivering an elevated retail experience through exceptional service, product knowledge, and a curated presentation of Pro Shop apparel and merchandise.Duties/Responsibilities:
1.MEMBER EXPERIENCE & SERVICE
Build strong relationships with members, guests, employees, and sales representatives Deliver a high-touch, personalized retail experience that exceeds member expectations Proactively assist members with clubhouse questions, needs, and requests Maintain a welcoming, professional, and service-driven presence at all times 2.RETAIL OPERATIONS & INVENTORY
Receive and check in shipments, cross-referencing purchase orders, packing slips, and invoices Accurately enter SKUs, pricing, and quantities into the club's software system (Northstar) Label merchandise using DAC custom barcodes Prepare merchandise for the floor, including steaming and presentation standards Maintain appropriate inventory levels across all outlets Collaborate with vendors to select and purchase seasonal merchandise (typically 6 months in advance) 3.MERCHANDISING & PRESENTATION
Ensure the Pro Shop floor is visually appealing, organized, and aligned with DAC standards Execute merchandising strategies that enhance the member shopping experience Continuously monitor product placement and presentation to maximize engagement and salesRequired Skills/Abilities:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills High level of professionalism and attention to detail Ability to deliver elevated, personalized member service Organizational skills with the ability to manage inventory processes Basic proficiency with retail and inventory systemsEducation and Experience:
Previous experience in retail sales or a customer-facing environment preferred Working knowledge of merchandising and purchasing in a retail setting Experience in a private club or hospitality environment is a plusPhysical Requirements:
