Pay rate: $18/
HR Job Notes:
8 hour shift can vary between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM. This is a Part-Time FLEX position. You may be scheduled at any of the Muskegon locations, including West Norton, Holton, and Harvey Street. This Position does require a Valid Driver License- This position would require to be able to work at other stores in the area. FLEX Store Representative Position Summary The FLEX Store Representative is the primary in-store resource responsible for merchandising products, completing store service projects, and providing excellent customer service. This role works closely with store management, employees, and guests to ensure products are stocked, displayed correctly, and readily available. This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced retail environment. Key Responsibilities Customer Service Greet and assist store guests in a friendly and professional manner Provide accurate product information and escort guests to product locations Build strong working relationships with store management and employees Communicate store issues to management as needed Merchandising & Operations Stock shelves, coolers, and displays using planograms and schematics Rotate products and maintain organized backroom inventory Break down pallets and properly load carts Set up promotional materials, shelf tags, and signage Assist with inventory counts and audits Accurately record time worked and project completion Safety & Compliance Follow all safety procedures and store policies Properly handle spills or damaged products Report unsafe conditions or injuries immediately Complete required safety and training courses Qualifications Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks Comfortable using mobile devices and basic computer systems Reliable attendance (position is in-store only; no remote work) Physical Requirements Frequent standing and walking throughout the store Bending, stooping, kneeling, and squatting Reaching up to 60+ inches Lifting up to 50 lbs. Pushing/pulling carts up to 80+ lbs. Frequent use of a step ladder #WFPROGRAM
