Beer Beverage Merchandiser Metro Area Job Summary:

We are a family-owned beer and non/alcoholic beverage wholesaler that has been serving the Twin Cities and surrounding areas for over 70 years. We are looking to add quality people to our growing company that are customer service driven, detail oriented, and goal focused. We pride ourselves on promoting within and utilizing individuals' specific skill sets. As a Beer Merchandiser, you will be able to utilize your skills to grow our beer and non-alcoholic and alcoholic brands to new heights by working closely with our sales and management teams. Elevating our beer and non-alcoholic brands will happen through your strategic planning, timely execution, and effective communication skills. We are looking to extensively train an outgoing individual to eventually promote them into a sales representative position.

Responsibilities:

Stocking, rotating, and facing beer and non-alcoholic products at key off-premise locations Construct effective displays with relevant point-of-sale Assist in beer cooler resets at off-premise locations Effectively install point of sale and promotional items in off-premise locations Build and maintain quality relationships with off-premise accounts Other responsibilities as assigned Requirements that you (must have) to succeed in the role are: 21 years of age or higher Current and valid driver's license Reliable transportation Ability to lift 45-65 pounds High school diploma or equivalent, college degree (preferred). Able to multitask and problem solve effectively Able to work in a fast-paced environment Like to make money Requirements to help you succeed in this position Beverage retail sales and service background Beer Sales with local beverage merchants, eateries, and bar cliental Outstanding customers service and problem-solving skills 2-3 years of working in the beer/beverage industry Able to work in a fast paced environment. PLUS:

Milage/Expense re-imbursement-every 2 weeks Looking to hire right away for this position with a minimum starting rate of $20.00 per hour depending on experience.
