Responsibilities Design and implement attractive merchandising displays for beverages using schematics, planograms, and visual design principles to maximize product visibility and appeal. Manage inventory levels by stocking shelves efficiently, conducting inventory control checks, and ensuring accurate POS (Point of Sale) transactions. Collaborate with store management to execute remodeling or interior design updates that enhance the shopping environment. Train and develop team members on merchandising standards, store management practices, and customer service excellence. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, including cleaning displays and ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Assist with pricing strategies by applying retail math skills to optimize product pricing and promotional displays. Support store operations through cash handling, cashiering, and administrative tasks related to inventory management and sales reporting. Experience Proven supervising experience in retail or merchandising environments with a focus on team leadership and training. Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator for creating visual designs, schematics, and planograms. Knowledge of marketing principles to effectively promote beverage products through branding initiatives. Multilingual abilities are a plus for engaging diverse customer bases and enhancing communication within the team. Experience with store management systems including POS software, inventory control tools, and retail math calculations. Familiarity with remodeling projects, interior design concepts, and visual merchandising techniques to create engaging store layouts. Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail in stock management, pricing accuracy, and store presentation.
