Job Description
ACCOUNT MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collect the proper payment from our non-renewed customers through phone calls and field visits and to assist them towards ownership of the product
- Help facilitate returns authorized by the GM and to make sure merchandise is inspected and cleaned properly
- Maintain and update accurate information from the customer
- Assist with the goal board in the collections department
- Assist in the sales process and help achieve the growth goals of the store
- Make sure that all company vehicles are operating in a safe manner and are clean
- Delivery, setup and pickup of merchandise
- Other tasks as assigned by management; including, but not limited to filling in for other positions as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
- Neat, professional appearance
- Must be good on the telephone and computer
- Patience and empathy
- Effective communication and problem solving skills
- Excellent customer service
- Willingness to learn, take direction and listen
- Class E license within 30 days of hire
- Must be at least 18 years old, possess a valid driver's license and have a good driving record, able to pass a background check and drug test (marijuana excluded)
- High School diploma or equivalency preferred, but not required
