Stockroom Receiving Coordinator Position Overview We are looking for a highly organized Stockroom Receiving Coordinator to join our team at Charmed House! This position oversees daily receiving operations, ensuring all merchandise is accurately processed, priced, and organized in alignment with store layout and seasonal merchandising. • Prior retail receiving, inventory, or stockroom leadership experience
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently, stay self-motivated, and manage time effectively
• Systems-minded with a focus on structure and efficiency
• Comfortable lifting and carrying 50+ lbs regularly
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work on ladders/shelving
• Capable of maintaining productivity during high-volume seasons
• Ability to operate pallet jack and stockroom equipment
• Able to move efficiently throughout stockroom and store environments Key Responsibilities
• Receive and process shipments
• Unbox, inspect, price, and prepare merchandise accurately
• Organize and stage product by category, layout, and seasonal flow
• Maintain a clean, efficient, and well-structured stockroom
• Ensure accurate inventory handling and consistent processing standards
• Manage increased shipment volume from June-November
• Communicate shipment issues, damages, or discrepancies to leadership
• Maintain organization of home accessories, florals, and furniture
• Assist with inventory stocking and product placement
