About the
Role:
As a Merchandise Support Specialist at Bomgaars, you will support purchase orders, product setup, pricing, and reporting while working closely with buyers and cross-functional teams. This role is an opportunity to step into the Merchandising team and gain exposure to how product flows through the business. What a Day in the
Life Looks Like:
Create and send purchase orders to vendors Maintain accurate SKU, pricing, and product data Process customer special orders and rainchecks Communicate updates with vendors and internal teams Support Merchandise Managers with inventory flow Run and analyze reports to support purchasing decisions Enter and maintain new product information Assist with projects and system improvements

This position plays a direct role in keeping our stores stocked and our systems accurate. It also provides hands-on exposure to merchandising operations and is a strong foundation for future growth within the department.

Organized and detail oriented Strong communication skills Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Embodies Bomgaars CARES principles - Communication, Accountability, Responsiveness, Empathy, and Solution.
What You'll Bring:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience in merchandising, purchasing, retail operations, or administrative support preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Why Bomgaars?
