Duties Safely operate commercial delivery vehicles without a Commercial Driver's License (Non CDL) to transport products along designated routes. Load and unload merchandise efficiently, utilizing heavy lifting techniques and proper safety procedures. Deliver products to retail stores promptly, ensuring accurate order fulfillment and timely stock replenishment. Merchandise store displays by organizing products, pricing items correctly, and creating attractive visual presentations to maximize sales. Engage with store personnel to provide excellent customer service, answer questions, and assist with product placement or upselling opportunities. Maintain accurate route driving logs, delivery documentation, and inventory records to ensure smooth operations. Follow all safety protocols and traffic laws while on the road to ensure personal safety and that of others. Skills Strong knowledge of route driving, commercial driving principles, and safe driving practices. Excellent communication skills for interacting professionally with store staff and team members. Basic math skills for counting inventory, calculating prices, and managing sales transactions. Ability to upsell products by identifying customer needs and promoting relevant items effectively. Proficiency in merchandising techniques including pricing strategies and product placement. Physical strength for heavy lifting, bending, reaching, and standing for extended periods. Organizational skills to manage deliveries efficiently and keep detailed records accurately. Experience or background in military service is a plus, demonstrating discipline and teamwork orientation.
