How You'll Contribute:
Come be a part of something GREAT! We are adding a Vehicle Merchandising Assistant to our team. You will be responsible for enhancing the appeal and marketability of vehicles to attract potential buyers. This role will play a crucial role in the overall success of our dealership. A keen attention to detail and dedication to excellence will ensure that our inventory always looks its best and meets the high standards our Customers expect. (Pay $18/hour)
Inventory Management:
Oversee the organization and display of new and used vehicles on the lot.
Vehicle Presentation:
Ensure all vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and properly showcased to attract potential buyers.
Quality Control:
Conduct regular inspections to ensure vehicles meet our quality standards.
Logistics Coordination:
Manage the movement of vehicles within the H+H Group properties and coordinate with the sales and ORC teams for efficient workflow.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of vehicle inventory, including location, condition, and status updates.
Safety Compliance :
Ensure all vehicles are parked and displayed in a manner that ensures the safety of Customers and staff. Qualifications•What You Need to be

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Problem-Solving:
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to vehicle inventory and presentation.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and move heavy objects, work outdoors in various weather conditions, stand for extended periods of time and walk 10,000 steps a day on average. Desire to grow, learn, and advance within the company. Perform bending, pushing, climbing, leaning, twisting, reaching, kneeling, crouching, and other maneuvers associated with the position.
