The Role We are looking for a Visual Merchandising Coordinator to support the planning, co?ordination, and execution of Displays and POSM across key retail accounts. This is a highly organized, execution?focused role that supports visual merchandising projects end to end - from initial brief through production, delivery, and in?store execution. The role works closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Supply Chain, Design, and external suppliers to ensure projects are delivered accurately, on time, and to brand standards. This role is ideal for someone who is detail?driven and keen to gain hands?on experience in retail displays, POSM, and in?store execution within a fast?growing beauty brand. Key Responsibilities 1. End ? to ? End Visual Merchandising & POSM Project Co ? ordination Support the planning and rollout of displays and POSM including endcaps, shelf trays, off?shelf displays, and promotional materials from brief through production, delivery, and store execution Assist with development of display briefs, specifications, and toolkits aligned to launches, promotions, and seasonal activity Work closely with Design to co-ordinate artwork, mockups, revisions, and approvals Ensure all displays align with brand guidelines, visual standards, and ease?of?shop principles 2. Cross ? Functional & Supplier Co ? ordination Act as a key point of co?ordination between Sales, Product Marketing, Supply Chain, Design, and external suppliers Manage project trackers covering timelines, suppliers, deliverables, and status updates Support supplier communication on specifications, samples, artwork, and delivery timing Assist with cost tracking, documentation, and purchase order support Flag risks, delays, or execution issues early to help keep projects on track 3. Execution, Rollout & Continuous Improvement Support on?time, in?full delivery of visual merchandising initiatives into retail Assist with tracking rollout status and in?store execution where possible Collect execution feedback, photos, and learnings from Sales or retail partners Support post?launch reviews and maintain documentation of key learnings Help improve processes, templates, and ways of working to strengthen execution quality over time What Success Looks Like Visual merchandising projects are well planned, clearly tracked, and delivered on time Displays and POSM are executed accurately and consistently in store Strong organization of timelines, files, and communications Effective co?ordination across teams and suppliers Growing capability and confidence in visual merchandising project execution About You 1-3 years' experience in POSM development, visual merchandising, co?ordination of display production suppliers or a similar role. Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills for trackers and presentations Clear communicator who works well with cross?functional teams and external suppliers Comfortable coordinating multiple projects and timelines simultaneously Highly organized with strong attention to detail Interest in retail, visual merchandising, and in?store execution Proactive, hands?on, and eager to learn Nice to Have Exposure to mass retail environments (e.g. Target, Walmart) Beauty or cosmetics category experience Why Join Us Gain hands?on experience in visual merchandising and in?store execution Work closely with experienced trade and commercial leaders Exposure to national retail rollouts in a fast?growing beauty brand Be part of a team shaping how the brand shows up in store
