  • Keep shelves stocked, organized, and visually compelling with strong merchandising and displays.
  • Recommend titles, answer questions, and make discovery easy and fun.
  • Manage receiving, replenishment, pricing accuracy, and returns to keep everything running smoothly.
  • Ensure standards are met through regular checks, organized backstock, and accurate systems use.
  • Partner with leaders on promotions, performance insights, and training teammates. What You Bring
  • 3+ years in merchandising, bookstore, or retail ops, plus 2+ years leading or owning category execution.
  • Bookstore experience preferred with a strong interest in bookselling and customer service.
  • Skilled in visual presentation, planograms, inventory processes, and retail systems.
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office and retail tools; merchandising certification is a bonus.
