Aisle Stocker

Job Summary Join our dynamic retail environment as an Aisle Stocker. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining well-stocked aisles, managing inventory, and ensuring a clean, organized shopping experience for our customers.

Other tasks may include:

helping customers find what they need, delivering items to cashiers to be held for customers to purchase once they finish shopping and teaming up with coworkers to get tasks done. We are a floral supply wholesaler that has been in business for more than 20 years. We sell quality home/event decor to professionals and business so that they can transform their projects or events into exactly what they envision. Duties Find and Stock shelves with the correct products efficiently. Manage inventory control by organizing products, conducting regular stock checks, and replenishing items as needed Organize and reorganize aisles according to our changing stock/seasonal items. Maintain cleanliness and organization of aisles, storage areas, and workspaces to ensure safety standards are met Support merchandising efforts by arranging products attractively on shelves to enhance visual appeal Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries about product locations or availability in multiple languages if applicable Experience Prior warehouse experience or retail stocking background is preferred but not mandatory; we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn. We provide paid training Someone who is determined and good at listening to directions is plus! Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the shift Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in stock control and maintenance tasks Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are highly valued for serving diverse customer needs Knowledge of grocery store operations, produce stocking, or retail sales environments will help you excel in this role This position is essential for creating a seamless shopping experience while supporting the overall efficiency of our store operations.
