Role:
Join Ace Hardware & Home Center as a Housewares Merchandising Sales Associate, where you'll play a vital role in curating our exciting product range. This is an opportunity to combine your passion for home goods with strategic merchandising to enhance customer experiences. We are looking for someone to help merchandise displays throughout the store to keep things looking fresh & display new exciting product.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement merchandising strategies to optimize product placement and visibility. Analyze sales data and market trends to inform inventory decisions and promotions. Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality housewares. Support sales staff on product features and merchandising techniques. Manage seasonal product launches and promotional events effectively. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in merchandising or retail management. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in basic computer skills Detail-oriented with a creative mindset for product presentation. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
