This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administrative, project coordination, or retail operations experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate project orders and shipment tracking Manage inventory, reporting, and project documentation Support store openings and visual merchandising initiatives Coordinate with vendors, retailers, and logistics teams Maintain digital assets, databases, and project files Review invoices, timelines, and project updates
Requirements:
High School Diploma required 2+ years of administrative, coordinator, or project support experience Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills Experience with Airtable, Adobe Creative Suite, and InDesign Ideal backgrounds include retail operations, visual merchandising, store planning, project coordination, marketing coordination, or administrative support within retail, fashion, beauty, luxury, or design-focused environments.
Compensation:
$20 - $24/ Hr Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications. #SONICREATIVE
