JOB DESCRIPTION
One of our Clients is looking for a Merchandise Planner to join their team, bringing financial and strategic insights to life through merchandise and store-level planning. This role is central to driving profitable sales, optimizing inventory, and ensuring our product vision comes to life across all channels. The Planner will oversee both Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) and Wholesale businesses, ensuring alignment across channels. What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree required. 3-5 years of experience in planning, allocation, or inventory management (multi-channel or specialty retail preferred). Experience managing DTC and Wholesale businesses. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proven ability to translate data into actionable strategies. Solid understanding of retail math, OTB, and inventory planning concepts. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; ability to quickly learn new systems and tools. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to synthesize complex information. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Flexible, curious, and adaptive with a continuous improvement mindset. #Dorsey123
