About The Job Louis Vuitton Americas is seeking a driven and enthusiastic candidate to join the Visual Merchandising team as a full-time Visual Merchandising Intern from July through December 2026. This internship offers the opportunity to support the team's communication and coordination efforts across the Americas while gaining valuable exposure to visual merchandising operations in a dynamic luxury retail environment. Job responsibilities Communication and Coordination Support the Visual Merchandising team with day-to-day communication, coordination, and project-related tasks while gaining exposure to team operations. Assist with calendar management, meeting scheduling, and coordination across stakeholders and time zones to help keep the team organized. Help prepare communication materials, recaps, and meeting notes, with opportunities to learn how information is shared across functions. Provide administrative and operational support as needed while building familiarity with daily team processes and priorities. Presentation and Documentation Assist in creating and updating presentations and decks for internal meetings, leadership reviews, and cross-functional communications, gaining experience in professional visual storytelling. Help organize and maintain visual merchandising documents, guidelines, and shared resources to support team accessibility and consistency. Project and Cross-Functional Support Assist in tracking project timelines, deliverables, and key milestones to support smooth execution and follow-through. Work alongside retail, creative, operations, marketing, and Central teams to support alignment and learn how cross-functional collaboration happens in practice. Contribute to team organization by helping monitor workflows and identifying small opportunities to improve efficiency and coordination. Profile The ideal intern candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. They must be proficient in presentations and deck-building, with a strong visual sensibility. The role requires the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, collaborate effectively across teams, and demonstrate proactivity, resourcefulness, and a solution-oriented approach. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and Teams is required. An interest in fashion, luxury retail, visual merchandising, and brand storytelling is preferred. Compensation Undergraduate Interns will be compensated at: $20/hour Graduate Interns will be compensated at $25/hour Criteria Currently enrolled undergraduate/graduate student pursuing a degree in related field of study Able and willing to work at assigned location or able and willing to relocate to NYC We are open to full-time candidates with availablity from July through December 2026 Legally authorized to work in the US The position requires 4-5 days per week on site in the Louis Vuitton Corporate Office, located in the heart of Midtown, Manhattan.
