Job Description
We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Retail Merchandiser to help create an exceptional shopping experience through effective product presentation, inventory organization, and visual merchandising. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for detail, takes pride in their work, and enjoys transforming retail spaces into clean, organized, and attractive shopping environments.
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain visually appealing merchandise displays
- Organize and stock sales floor merchandise
- Ensure products are properly priced, labeled, and displayed
- Identify slow-moving, overstocked, and high-demand items
- Rotate merchandise and refresh displays regularly
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization standards
- Assist with receiving, sorting, and processing incoming inventory Full-time position available. Competitive pay based on experience.
- Work closely with management to improve product placement and sales
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate replenishment needs
Qualifications:
- Previous merchandising or retail experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain active throughout the day
What We're Looking For:
We want someone who naturally notices when shelves are messy, displays need improvement, inventory is disorganized, or opportunities exist to improve the customer shopping experience. The right person takes initiative, works efficiently, and takes ownership of their area.Preferred Experience:

Pay:
$17.00- $20.
