Responsibilities Lead and supervise the merchandising team to execute visual displays, planograms, and schematics that attract customers and maximize sales potential. Oversee store management tasks including stock replenishment, inventory control, pricing adjustments, and POS (Point of Sale) operations to ensure seamless shopping experiences. Develop and implement training programs for team members on visual design principles, remodeling procedures, interior design standards, and customer service excellence. Coordinate remodeling projects and interior redesigns to enhance store layout, branding consistency, and overall aesthetic appeal. Utilize Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator to create compelling visual designs for promotional displays and signage. Maintain organizational efficiency by managing stock levels, conducting inventory audits, and ensuring cleanliness and safety standards are upheld. Foster a positive team environment through effective communication skills, leadership development, and ongoing performance feedback. Requirements Proven supervising experience in retail or merchandising environments with a focus on team leadership and store management. Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator for visual design projects. Knowledge of merchandising principles including planograms, schematics, branding strategies, and remodeling techniques. Experience with inventory management systems such as POS software and inventory control processes. Excellent communication skills coupled with organizational skills to manage multiple priorities efficiently. Ability to train staff in areas such as customer service, store operations, merchandising standards, and safety protocols. Multilingual abilities are a plus for engaging diverse customer bases effectively. Familiarity with retail math concepts like pricing strategies and sales analysis to support business growth.
