Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Seasonal Merchandiser to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our retail displays are visually appealing, well-stocked, and aligned with branding standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your merchandising skills while supporting store management and enhancing the customer shopping experience during peak seasons. Responsibilities Implement and maintain attractive product displays using planograms and schematics to maximize sales potential Stock shelves efficiently, ensuring inventory levels are accurate through inventory management and control procedures Assist with remodeling and interior design projects to refresh store layouts and visual design elements Use POS systems for pricing updates, sales transactions, and cash handling with precision and integrity Provide excellent customer service by engaging with store staff and shoppers professionally Support store management with merchandising tasks such as signage placement, cleaning, and organization Train new team members on merchandising standards, store procedures, and safety protocols Qualifications Supervising experience or leadership roles in retail or merchandising environments preferred Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator for visual design tasks Strong understanding of marketing principles, branding, and retail math Multilingual abilities are a plus for effective communication across diverse teams and customers Knowledge of schematics, planograms, interior design, remodeling, and store management practices Experience with merchandising tools such as shelving units, signage, and POS systems Excellent communication skills combined with organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently Prior experience in retail sales, inventory management, stocking, cash handling, and administrative duties is highly desirable Ability to work independently or as part of a team while demonstrating time management skills Join us as a Seasonal Merchandiser to bring your energy and expertise into a role that makes a real impact.
