Brand Advocate/Retail Merchandiser

Known for our relaxed coastal-inspired aesthetic, quality products, and easy-to-shop merchandising concepts, we are continuing to expand into new markets and retail locations nationwide. We are seeking an energetic, detail-oriented, and highly motivated Brand Advocate / Retail Merchandiser to join our expanding field team. In this role, you will represent The Easy Life brand inside partner retail locations by executing visually compelling displays, maintaining merchandising standards, building strong relationships with store leadership, and supporting new store launches. This position plays a critical role in maintaining the premium presentation of our brand while helping drive sales growth through excellent merchandising execution and retail partnership support. This is a mobile field-based position requiring daily travel between retail locations. Candidates must have a reliable vehicle and be comfortable with overnight travel as needed while supporting new market expansion and store installations. Responsibilities Execute and maintain branded merchandising displays and planograms to maximize visual impact and sales performance. Ensure fixtures, displays, and product assortments remain fully stocked, organized, and visually compelling. Maintain inventory accuracy through stock replenishment, backroom organization, and stock counts. Build and maintain strong professional relationships with store managers, district leadership, and retail partners. Represent The Easy Life brand with professionalism and enthusiasm in all retail environments. Identify and prospect new retail opportunities by networking with store managers and local retailers within assigned territories. Support new store openings, seasonal floor sets, and special merchandising initiatives. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and brand standards across all assigned store locations. Utilize merchandising schematics and planograms to execute consistent visual presentations. Drive between multiple store locations daily to install, maintain, and refresh displays. Travel overnight when required to support regional growth initiatives, store launches, and merchandising projects. Qualifications & Skills Previous experience in retail merchandising, visual merchandising, field sales, or brand representation preferred. Strong understanding of merchandising principles, planograms, and retail display execution. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Highly organized with strong time management and problem-solving abilities. Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable traveling extensively within assigned territories. Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and insurance required. Pay:

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Benefits:

Flexible schedule Opportunities for advancement Application Question(s): This position pays by the job. For full display sets which usually take about 2 hours, you will be paid $75 per store. For subsequent visits which will take about an hour, you will be paid $30 per store. Drive time and mileage are not paid extra and are included in these amounts. Are you comfortable with this pay?
