Bargain Thrift Store 4545 NW 16th Street, Oklahoma City, OK 73127 Part-Time Merchandise Reducer / Clothing Processor
  • Join Our Team Bargain Thrift Store is a fast-paced, community-focused thrift store looking for dependable team members to join our production team.
We're seeking individuals who want a stable, long-term position and take pride in helping keep our sales floor fresh, organized, and fully stocked. If you enjoy staying active, working independently, and being part of a team that serves the Oklahoma City community, we'd love to meet you.
Pay & Schedule Starting Pay:
$14.00/hour Scheduled Raises Based on
Performance and Tenure Pay Schedule:
Bi-Weekly Shift Option #1 Wednesday
  • Sunday 8:30 AM
  • 12:30 PM Shift Option #2 Wednesday
  • Saturday 4:30 PM
  • 8:30 PM Sunday 2:30 PM
  • 6:30 PM What You'll Do Remove merchandise from the sales floor according to our color-coded reduction schedule.
Sort and transport merchandise to designated processing areas. Hang and prepare clothing for display when reduction tasks are complete. Help stock and organize merchandise throughout the store. Maintain clean, safe, and organized sales floor areas. Work efficiently to help process thousands of items each week. Work closely with teammates to keep the store running smoothly. What We're Looking For 18 years of age or older. Retail or thrift store experience preferred, but not required. Ability to work independently and stay productive throughout the shift. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods on concrete floors. Strong attention to detail and organization. Dependable attendance and punctuality.
