In this role, you'll play an important part in maintaining product visibility, merchandising excellence, and strong relationships with retail partners. Key Responsibilities
- Visit assigned retail stores to ensure all represented products are fully stocked, properly rotated, and displayed with correct pricing.
- Merchandise shelves and displays to enhance product visibility and consumer appeal.
- Conduct code date checks and communicate out-of-stock items to department management to support reordering.
- Set up promotional shippers, displays, and special sections as needed.
- Perform occasional resets following planograms or schematics.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with Department Managers and Associates during each store visit.
- Identify opportunities to expand product distribution and increase SKU placement.
- Complete store calls according to the assigned schedule and frequency. Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
- Previous retail or merchandising experience preferred.
- Ability to lift and move displays or fixtures weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
- Self-motivated with excellent attention to detail. Schedule & Compensation
