Job Description
Join our dynamic Merchandising team as a Merchandise Coordinator, where you'll play a key role in driving successful vendor partnerships and supporting category growth. This position is an entry-level role that would be perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and loves collaborating across multiple departments to make an impact. What You'll Do As a Merchandise Coordinator, you'll be the backbone of our merchandising operations, ensuring smooth processes and strong vendor relationships.
Your day-to-day will include:
Collaborating Across Teams:
Build strong connections with finance, sales, marketing, supply chain, and more to keep everything running efficiently and profitably.Owning Processes:
Manage promotional activities from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Driving Organization:
Schedule meetings, prepare materials, and create reports and visuals that help guide key business decisions.Data & Analysis:
Gather and maintain reports, analyze trends, and provide insights to support merchandising strategies.Vendor Support:
Serve as the go-to contact for vendors on bill backs, payments, and promotional details.Problem-Solving:
Audit and resolve discrepancies, ensuring accuracy in pricing and promotional data.Cross-Functional Communication:
Coordinate category plans and promotional launches to keep everyone aligned and informed. What Makes You a Great Fit You're highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrive on accuracy. You love working with data and have strong Excel skills. You're a natural communicator with excellent interpersonal skills. You're proactive, solution-oriented, and can juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You bring energy, enthusiasm, and professionalism to everything you do. Requirements High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred. 2-4 years of professional office experience. Advanced Excel skills; proficiency in Word and Outlook. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. AS400 experience is a plus.
