Job Description

Boscov's Lead, Ecommerce Merchandising Operations We are seeking a detail-driven Lead, Ecommerce Merchandising Operations to ensure priority branded products launch on boscovs.com accurately and on schedule. This role drives operational efficiency across the ecommerce merchandising process by overseeing and communicating weekly product line status updates and maintaining ongoing collaboration with the buying team and ecommerce leadership. The position also executes best practices for product content creation, including writing compelling, SEO-optimized item descriptions that enhance the customer experience and support online search visibility and conversion goals. Job Responsibilities Work directly with vendors to secure copy and images for new product Ensure all priority submissions are live in a timely manner Ensure product updates are completed Pull merchandise from store stock for the photo studio/AI vendor and provide instructions for photography Interact with the Merchandise Manager, Buyers, and ecommerce team members to develop strong partnerships Ensure promotional items are set up and live on the site in time for the ad start date Help manage site merchandising for given categories by up-keeping category landing pages, promotional banners, and seasonal content to reflect marketing priorities, product launches, and key campaigns Conduct regular Site QA for issues with product attributes & imagery Conduct regular analysis of competitors' websites and ecommerce choices Suggest new efficiency improvements Help create documentation for given categories for team members Assist in training new team members
Required Experience & Skills :
Goal oriented individual with proven experience in providing direction to others, developing good partnerships, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage and prioritize multiple projects to meet deadlines Excellent communication skills - written & verbal Prior experience in an online/retail environment, preferred Computer literate
