We are looking for a Brand Activation Coordinator to support managed accounts by leading the product recommendation process. This role reports to the Brand Activation Manager and partners closely with the sales team to understand client brand goals, use cases, and timelines, and manages a high volume of product recommendation requests submitted through the company's CRM, delivering timely, on-brand solutions. The Brand Activation Coordinator owns product recommendation tickets from intake through resolution, ensuring responsiveness and alignment with customer brand guidelines, pricing parameters, and overall program goals. In selected situations, this role joins client meetings with the sales team to provide product expertise and support informed recommendation discussions.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES A
successful Brand Activation Coordinator will: Own and manage product recommendation requests submitted by the sales team for managed accounts, ensuring timely responses and thoughtful product selections that align with customer needs and objectives. Partner with the sales team and participate in client meetings, as needed, to understand customer brand guidelines, use cases, and program goals, serving as a product knowledge resource during discussions. Support the Brand Operations Specialist I in the curation and setup of product assortments for custom stores and BrandEx events, ensuring alignment with customer contractual requirements and brand guidelines, and supporting engagement and sales goals. Support the Brand Operations Specialist in the coordination and execution of BrandEx events, attending customer events when requested by sales to help deliver a premium customer experience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, as needed, to support execution, timelines, and issue resolution across Brand Activation team initiatives. Complete additional projects and duties as assigned. Requirements Associate or bachelor's degree (marketing, communications, apparel, fashion merchandising preferred); experience considered in lieu of degree 1+ years' experience in product merchandising, retail management, corporate gifting, or e-commerce CRM experience (e.g., HubSpot) Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify) Excellent project management skills? Detail-oriented, highly organized, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Creative thinker with a passion for helping customers bring their brand to life Curious mindset, ability to think through and resolve issues Proficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteWHAT WE OFFER
