Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced FMCG Food & Trade Marketing Sales professional for a direct hire opportunity supporting the growth of Chinese noodle and beverage product portfolios across retail, wholesale, and distributor channels. This is a permanent, full-time role ideal for a strategic sales and trade marketing leader who understands fast-moving consumer goods, food and beverage retail, ethnic grocery channels, and consumer-driven promotional execution. In this role, you will help bring authentic, high-quality noodle and beverage products to a broader customer base by building strong retail partnerships, executing impactful in-store programs, and translating brand strategy into measurable sales results. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute trade marketing calendars, seasonal promotions, and retail activation plans for Chinese noodle and beverage product lines. Build, maintain, and expand relationships with distributors, Asian grocery chains, independent regional markets, specialty retailers, and mainstream grocery accounts. Partner with marketing teams to create and deploy point-of-sale materials, merchandising programs, cross-promotions, and in-store brand campaigns. Monitor category sales trends, promotion performance, competitive activity, and retail insights to recommend data-driven growth strategies. Collaborate with supply chain, logistics, brand marketing, and internal stakeholders to support product launches, inventory readiness, and retail execution. Identify new account opportunities and support business development initiatives that increase market presence and shelf visibility.
Compensation and Benefits Salary range:
$75,000 to $90,000 per year.
Compensation:
Up to $90,000 per year based on experience. Benefits package provided.
